CL243L is used with clamps for fitting onto flag poles and tubes. This nylon cleat fits into a nylon clamp, which is held by 2 screws. A rubber friction packer provides a strong grip on bare metal poles. Also used to insert a cleat into another component.
For manufacturers, separate parts can be supplied for specific applications. Different thickness of rubber can be supplied to cope with tubes down to 25mm diameter
